We, the FREED dance crew, primarily seek to Glorify and Worship God through our body movement. Our motto is "to dance in the freedom that lasts forever". We are passionate about expressing and illustrating stories that tell of God's majesty and grace through dance. When we minister on stage each week, our performances usually consist of a fusion of various dance styles. As a crew we focus on lyrical contemporary, hip hop (especially lyrical hip hop), sign language, and the use of banners.

We hold monthly training days where we as a crew can focus on our technical growth. The monthly training days are held on the first week of every month and are open to the public.
